DOPE DYED ANTISTATIC POLYESTER YARN

        

Polyester fiber itself is an insulator, has low water absorbing capacity, can generate static electricity. To solve this problem, there are two methods. One is to limit the generation of static electricity, another one is to eliminate the generated charge. In reality, the mostly used is the second one. Antistatic agent is used to leak the current to achieve the antistatic function. Main technical index: resistivity by volume, resistivity by mass, resistivity by surface, leakage resistance, etc.

Jinxia’s dope dyed antistatic polyester yarn is obtained by internal modification. During the melting process antistatic agent and hydrophilic monomer are added to the inside of the fiber to endow the fiber durable electrical conductivity and hygroscopicity.

Jinxia’s product’s main index:

Moisture regain under standard condition: 0.93%.

Resistivity by volume after 5 times washing: 107 -108  Ω.cm.

Resistivity by surface after 5 times washing: 109Ω.
